If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours. Once your order is in production, we may not be able to accommodate cancellations or changes.

We’ll still investigate the possibility of cancellation. Our team will work diligently to determine if cancellation is feasible and promptly inform you of the outcome.

Once the refund is processed, it will be credited to the same payment method used to place the order. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

If you receive a defective or damaged personalized product, we offer replacement option.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require a full unboxing video before proceeding with your replacement request. This is to ensure that we can process your claim promptly and accurately.

If your replacement request is approved, we will ship new product within 4-5 working days to your address at no additional cost to you. We may or may not ask you to return the damaged product as per our convenience.

Wrong product


If you receive a wrong product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require a full unboxing video before proceeding with your replacement request. This is to ensure that we can process your claim promptly and accurately.

Slight differences in products won’t be considered as wrong product, as there may be slight differences depending on uploaded product photo’s photography and lighting effects.

In case the your product has been delivered to another customer and you got other’s, we will take full responsibility for the mistake and arrange pickup from the other’s address and get it delivered to you and same has to be followed by you.

If possible we will send a new part of product with your customization which can be fixed to the one which is already received.

We will ensure that the correct product is delivered to you at the earliest. This replacement product will be shipped to you via standard delivery and will reach you within 7-10 working days.

Please note that the product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all the accessories, manuals, and other items that were included in the original package. Any product that is returned without its original packaging or accessories may not be eligible for a replacement.
